Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON WWW.SAARANUTRITION.COM

SAARA NUTRITION ensures a hassle-free experience when ordering from www.saaranutrition.com. Here are the return guidelines:

- You can return all items within 7 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be credited to the original payment mode/account used for the transaction. For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits, a cheque will be issued in the customer's registered name.

 

- Ensure the product is unused and its seal, tags, boxes, and packaging are intact. No returns or refunds are accepted for used or unsealed products.

- Free promotional items (like t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc.) received with the original order must be returned for a full refund. Failure to return these promotional items may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Upon receiving your return request, SAARA NUTRITION will verify its authenticity. If deemed genuine, a reverse pickup for the product will be arranged, followed by a refund. Frivolous or baseless return requests regarding product quality or content may result in legal action by SAARA NUTRITION, with the associated costs borne by the customer.

Before accepting any product shipment, ensure the packaging is undamaged and untampered. If the package appears damaged or tampered, kindly refuse delivery and promptly notify SAARA NUTRITION. Return procedures may be restricted based on the product's nature and category.

Products should be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, and invoices. It's recommended to securely package return items to prevent damage during transit. All returned products are subject to a verification check by SAARA NUTRITION.

PRODUCT CONDITION POLICY IN CASE OF RETURN CLAIM

 

To facilitate returns, products must be received in their original packaging and in a sealed condition. Returns will not be accepted for opened or used boxes. Certain issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor preferences/dislikes, or flavor variations between brands are not applicable reasons for product return. It's advised to consult with a doctor before purchasing the product.

Products falling under the following criteria are NOT eligible for return or replacement:

 

  1. Used products.
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  3. Any product returned without its original packaging, including the box, manufacturer's packaging (if any), and all originally included items.

PICK UP ARRANGEMENT FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT

Feel free to reach out to us to begin the return process. Once you've initiated a return, you'll be contacted to guide you through the procedure. We aim to streamline the return by arranging item pick-up through SAARA NUTRITION Reach or our affiliated courier partners whenever feasible. If, however, we're unable to organize the pick-up, you have the option to return the item using a third-party courier service.
